Cancellation Policy
To cancel/reschedule, please contact us 48 hours prior to your appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If your call isn't answered, please leave a voicemail, text the business number, or send an email. We will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation/reschedule. If you fail to give us a 48 hour advance notice you will be charged half of your appointment amount. The full amount will be charged for no-shows or same day cancellations. A payment link will be sent out to you and if you refuse to abide, you will be denied future appointments until the fee is paid in full. I understand emergencies or situations out of your control do arise. I kindly ask that you please respect my time and communicate with me. Thank you and I appreciate your business.
