ARRIVAL & TIMING

Arriving 10-15 minutes early allows you time to settle in, use the restroom, and reach the treatment room without rushing. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time to respect every client's appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. The full session fee applies.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR

Restorative Kneadz is a professional therapeutic practice. Any inappropriate or sexual behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, and you will be responsible for the full service fee. Future appointments will not be accepted.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR SESSION

Your comfort, boundaries, and consent guide the entire treatment.
Pressure levels can be adjusted at any time.
Undress to your comfort level. You will be draped appropriately and securely throughout the session. Only the area being worked on will be exposed.
Communication is welcome - you can request adjustments at any point.
This is a collaborative, body-aware space focused on therapeutic results.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. If you are unable to give a 48 hour advance notice, you will be charged half of your appointment amount.

The full amount of the scheduled service will be charged for no-shows.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS

If you're experiencing illness, fever, or contagious symptoms, please reschedule.

Massage is not recommended during active sickness.

PAYMENT & GRATUITY

Payment is due at the end of the session. Gratuity is appreciated but it is never expected.

AFTERCARE

Hydrate, move gently, and allow your body time to integrate the work. Soreness can be normal especially after deeper sessions.

MOBILE MASSAGE

Mobile or in-home massage services are not offered. All sessions take place in the treatment room to ensure safety, consistency, and a controlled therapeutic environment.
